Role Overview

Foundever is hiring German & English Customer Support Specialists for the Amazon DE EN account. Provide world-class customer service via chat, email, and calls with fully remote flexibility (only 2 days from site).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in German and English for Amazon retail accounts
  • Provide first-contact resolution for orders, deliveries, and account support
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Work collaboratively in fully remote setup with only 2 days on-site per month

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Fluent German and English proficiency (B2+ / C1 level)
  • Graduates or verified gap year eligibility
  • Age 18 – 50 with Egyptian nationality
  • Clear communication and customer service mindset
  • Home internet connection suitable for remote duties
