Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact resolution and account assistance for Netherlands FinTech users
- Guide customers through payment platform security verification and identity checks
- Manage issue escalation tickets with European operations centers
- Maintain customer satisfaction and first-call resolution standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch communication skills (B2+ or C1 level)
- Good English language proficiency (B2 level)
- Tech-savvy with basic financial services or digital banking familiarity
- Quiet dedicated home workspace and high-speed internet
Compensation & Benefits
