We are hiring work-from-home English speakers for one of the largest e-commerce retailers. Rotational shifts (7 AM to 1 AM) with fully remote flexibility after initial 5 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy for one of the largest e-commerce retailers
Deliver first-contact resolution across voice, chat, or email channels
Maintain accurate customer interaction logs and service quality standards
Work remotely from home after completing the initial 5 days on-site

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluent in English (B2+ / C1 speaking and writing)
Graduates or gap year candidates can apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to rotational shifts (between 7 AM and 1 AM)

12,000 EGP net monthly salary
