Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium inbound voice support for regional telecom accounts in GCC & North Africa
- Advise subscribers on plan upgrades, roaming packages, and high-speed data solutions
- Ensure high first-call customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements & Qualifications
- Native Arabic with clear, professional verbal articulation
- Good English reading proficiency for CRM data input
- Available for rotational shifts with transport provided in New Cairo
Compensation & Benefits
- 15,000 – 20,000 EGP net salary + quarterly retention rewards
