- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy across voice and digital channels
- Deliver first-contact resolution for international accounts
- Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in enterprise CRM
- Collaborate with quality assurance leads to uphold superior service standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking proficiency (B2+ level)
- Graduates or gap year eligibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to operational shifts in New Cairo
Compensation & Benefits
- 18,000 EGP net monthly salary (80% basic + 20% KPIs)
