Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics dispatch, merchant inquiries, and order tracking for Turkish retail markets
- Liaise between local delivery partners, warehouses, and end customers
- Resolve delivery disputes and lost shipment claims
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written Turkish (B2 or C1 level)
- Problem-solving and calm operational coordination skills
- Available for full-time remote shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- 25,000 – 33,000 EGP net monthly salary + foreign language premium
- 100% remote job across all Egyptian governorates
